The Mulliner division will celebrate Bentley's 100th anniversary next year with the release of a Mulsanne special edition. It pays homage to the company's founder father, W.O. Bentley and even includes the remains of one of his personal cars.
The special model can be purchased with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of the car can be observed in the cabin. For example, a Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet comes with an exhibit that has a part of the 8 Litre crankshaft displaying inside.
W.O. is emblazoned in the form of a B-shaped photoetched air vent on the chrome application that runs through the back of the vehicle. The front grille has been designed following 1930s-inspired Onyx and there's an optional chrome-colored application on the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille has a unique design, with an aluminum shell that replaces the body-colored mesh of Mulsanne. It also has the Flying B Logo.
The key box is engraved with Bentley wings and comes with the lining of black flock. Key pouches can be bought to match or contrast the key box. The set is commemorative and includes an exact 1:18 scale model as well a flying "B" paperweight. It also includes an unpublished booklet with never before seen images of the original Bentley 8 Litre.

Outside illuminated treadplates and clocks made of brushed silver are offered as standard, while new 22in wheels feature self-levelling Bentley logos.
